Meet Our Team
Elliot Rand, D.D.S
I have always dreamed of building a dental practice which would be able to provide patients with care at a single office that would meet all their dental needs. Patient care not only entails being able to perform the dentistry, but understanding the patient's needs from their smile to their inner spirit.
As a dentist, I have had the opportunity to help people in so many different ways. This means the world to me and for it I am eternally thankful and blessed. It's incredible that I have had the chance to travel to remote places world-wide and provide health care education to children.
Education and Continuing Education
I graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in 1987. Since my graduation I have completed many continuing education courses and obtained certifications in many advanced dental procedures. I am involved in the latest advances in cutting-edge dental technology and materials.
- American Dental Association
- New Jersey Dental Association
- Academy of General Dentistry
- International Academy For Dental Facial Esthetics
In my spare time I enjoy photography, cycling, and yoga. I am a proud supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project.

Randy Nolf, D.D.S
Dr. Randy Nolf is a dental specialist—a periodontist to be exact. Periodontists focus on the health of teeth-supporting structures, treating disease and correcting deformities. To that end much of his practice is surgical, including the placement of dental implants, grafting bone, and gum tissue grafting.
From the early days of his career he believed 90% of what dentists do is 100% preventable. Dentistry is adjusting to a new paradigm, one which is better for patients by shifting away from repair to interception of disease. Interception as a treatment model is possible through sensitive computer based risk and outcome assessment programs being adopted in dentistry. Dr. Nolf states, “I’m gratified to witness this evolution in part through software I along with several periodontists created and is being adopted throughout the US and the U.K.”
