New patient registrations are approved manually, and can take up to 36 hours to approve.

Electronic forms for new patients, however, are submitted immediately and securely to our office.

Accessing Your Patient Account

For the convenience of our patients, our office provides an online access portal where you can view your account information, details about appointments, make secure electronic payments, and more.

The access portal is hosted on a separate, secure server. Any information you submit electronically through it is strongly encrypted before being sent safely to us. Once it has been securely transmitted to us through this system it is no different than any information entered by hand from within the office itself.

Using the Patient Account Portal

If it is your first time accessing your online patient account then you will need to register first. You can access the login and registration page anytime from the top menu bar (Patients → Patient Account Access Login). Like most websites which use such a system, you will need to create a username and password. Please follow strong password practices and do not reuse a password which you use elsewhere. Security is a collaborative effort between yourself and our office. We do our utmost to keep your private information safe but it is your responsibility to keep your password safe, and your password is the key to accessing the system.

Also, please be advised that after registering it can take up to 36 hours for access to become available. All new registrants are approved manually by someone at our office. The delay in processing gives us a chance to securely verify your information.

Secure Online Payments

Your Patient Access Account allows you to make secure payments with a credit card. We accept the follow major credit cards:

In order to pay online, you must first register your Patient Access Account. Then, after you log in, navigate to the Pay Now tab and carefully fill out the payment form.
