I have always dreamed of building a dental practice that would be able to provide patients with care at a single office that meets all their dental needs. Patient care entails performing dentistry and understanding the patient's needs, from their smile to their inner spirit.

As a dentist, I have been able to help people in many different ways. This means the world to me; I am eternally thankful and blessed. Incredibly, I have had the chance to travel to remote places worldwide and provide healthcare education to children.

Education and Continuing Education

I graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in 1987. Since graduation, I have completed many continuing education courses and obtained certifications in advanced dental procedures. I am involved in the latest advances in cutting-edge dental technology and materials.

In 2017, I received a Fellowship from the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics and was a member of the American Society of Forensic Odontology. I also was voted an NJ Top Dentist in both 2017 and 2018.

In 2023, Dr. Rand has been speaking throughout the USA on the advancement of AI in Dentistry.

He is recognized as a key speaker with Pearl AI and helping dentists and patients understand the “why “ in their treatment is needed. The practice is advanced from 3-D technology to AI in diagnosing dental issues.
